How to enter: Please enter and pay via British Rowing’s Online Entry system.

Entry dates: Entries open Saturday 24th March and close Friday 18th April at noon (or earlier if full). We have been fully subscribed in recent years and expect to fill up quickly. Don’t miss out!

​

Fees: £13 per seat, excluding coxswains, to be paid at the time of entry.

​

British Rowing membership: All entrants will need British Rowing membership valid on the day of racing ("RACE" for fine boat events, "ROW" or "RACE" for the recreational event). Day Tickets are also accepted.

​

Doubling up: Entering a competitor in two different events is encouraged - but please note it clearly on your entry to help our timetabling team avoid clashes. Note that our programme is too tight to accommodate entering more than two events.

​

Combined / banded events: We may combine or band events to give everyone good racing. Masters races will be organised using the handicap system, and we sometimes combine adjacent Junior age groups. Please note in your entry if you would rather not race outside your specific category.

​

Accepting crews: We do everything we can to get everyone racing, but we reserve the right to refuse any entry if we cannot accommodate you. In this case you will receive a full refund.

​

Substitutions: Can be made on the entry system (up to 100% before entries close, 50% after).

​

Scratching: Crews that withdraw after the close of entries are still liable for payment of their entry fees.
